Kut Snake or their agents are not responsible for and will not accept any direct and /or indirect liability for costs; damages; claims, accidents; injuries; death; law and traffic violations / infringements; and expenses that is or may be incurred or suffered by you, a vehicle or product if:
It is the vehicle owners / customers responsibility to obtain professional advice from authorised Kut Snake agents to have the correct sized tyres and wheels installed to ensure that they don't interfere with or contact any part of the vehicles body or accessories.
Kut Snake have no control over the installation process but are happy to recommend a licensed and authorised professional to undertake the installation of accessories.
It is the vehicle owners / customers responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and by-laws in their state and ensure that their vehicle meets the requirements of The Roads Traffic Act. Once the vehicle has been modified in any way, Kut Snake can not guarantee that the accessory or accessories purchased will be suitable for that vehicle.
Kut Snake ABS plastic flares are manufactured for the sole purpose of providing coverage of wider tyres. Kut Snake ABS plastic flares are not manufactured for the purpose of providing protection or bumper like protection of vehicle panels or parts. They are not designed to act as bull bars or panel protection.
All customers are advised to read the terms, conditions and warnings on the Kut Snake website and may also be provided with these terms, conditions and warnings in writing by the authorised Kut Snake reseller. Once the customer receives the flare kit, it is deemed that the customer has read, accepted and agreed to the terms provided and that fair and prior warning has been provided.

- You have installed accessories on the vehicle yourself or they were purchased from or installed by a person or business who is not an authorised Kut Snake re-seller or fitter. The details of authorised Kut Snake re-seller's are listed on the Kut Snake website. The website is updated on a regular basis and while we try to keep information up to date, there may be new agents who are not yet listed. If you are not sure, please contact Kut Snake for confirmation.
- It is a result of activities that you have participated in.
- The vehicle is deemed un-roadworthy or has had modifications to the vehicle in any way including but not limited to suspension or body modifications that are no longer equal to the original factory specifications.
- You have caused damage to flares or your vehicle as a result of bumping, crashing, nudging trees, walls, rocks, other vehicles or any other structure.
- You have damaged flares or your vehicle as a result of your tyres contacting the flares, the body of the vehicle or any other parts, panels or accessories. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct tyres are fitted and the suspension is suitable for fitting flares to the vehicle without contact.
- Your flares were damaged as a result of using an automatic carwash. Kut Snake cannot determine what kind of chemicals are used or if the carwash has mechanical faults. It is not recommended to use an automatic carwash for any type of vehicle as they can cause damage.
- Degreaser, fuel or any other type of corrosive liquid or solvent has come into contact with the ABS plastic. Solvents can eat into ABS plastic resulting in a faded appearance. Only use car wash and plastic protectants that are manufactured solely for automotive plastics and always use the water provided at service stations to rinse away fuel that has spilled onto the vehicle and / or accessories until you can wash the vehicle thoroughly with water and car washing detergent and dilute according to the manufacturers instructions on the packaging label.
- The flares were attached to the vehicle with 3M tape or another adhesive and not attached with the screws provided. The Australian Design Rules state that fender flares must be securely fixed to the guard, not stuck on. Kut Snake flares are ADR compliant.
- To Prevent ABS plastic from fading, the vehicle must be kept in a sheltered area such as a carport or garage to protect from the sun and other elements. To achieve an extra level of protection, all plastic parts on the vehicle should be treated regularly with a plastic protectant such as Armor All.
